While many companies say “we are a family,” ours truly is. Husband and wife team, James and Charelle, founded Clearpoint in 1999. James’ sister, Michelle, founded and runs Clearpoint Creative. Through a few of James's career stops with other agencies, he and Charelle saw what did and didn't work in staffing. They became increasingly frustrated that no one in the industry was delivering what they promised to internal staff, clients, or candidates. We don't sell tangible items in our business, so service is everything. James and Charelle launched Clearpoint with a dedication to the highest level of service, ethics and care for those around them as their primary focus.

Before Michelle started Clearpoint’s creative division she had a lot of experience meeting the staffing needs of the creative market in Houston. She loves working with creatives, and saw a huge opportunity for a company that delivers the advantages of creative staffing with a higher level of service. She wanted to build a business that distinguished itself through tailored solutions, a personal touch, and win-win relationships. And she knew exactly where to go.
James and Charelle had already built a successful and respected name in the technology sector. They recognized the opportunity to diversify and share Clearpoint’s commitment with a new segment of skilled professionals. They are so proud of what Clearpoint Creative is today.
